Catarina Macario and Robbie Robinson Awarded College Soccer’s Top Honor

ST. LOUIS – – The Missouri Athletic Club’s Hermann Trophy presented by Worldwide Technology will be awarded to the top male and female collegiate soccer players in the nation on Friday, Jan. 3. The crystal soccer ball trophy represents the highest individual achievement in the sport. Many of the biggest names in American soccer, including Mia Hamm, Kristine Lilly, Claudio Reyna and Alexi Lalas, have won the award.

The finalists for the 2019 men’s MAC Hermann Trophy are Joe Bell (Virginia), Dylan Nealis (Georgetown) and Robbie Robinson (Clemson). The finalists for the women’s award are Jessie Fleming (UCLA), Emily Fox (North Carolina), and Catarina Macario (Stanford). Kelley O’Hara, a standout on the U.S. Women’s National Team and the 2009 winner of the MAC Hermann Trophy, will be the featured guest.
